Beyond the Final Breath: Exploring Near-Death Experiences

What happens when the heart stops, the body begins to shut down, and a person appears to cross the threshold between life and death?

In this episode of ParaTruth: Reborn, Justin and Erik explore the mysterious world of near-death experiences. From out-of-body observations and encounters with deceased loved ones to tunnels of light, life reviews, and overwhelming feelings of peace, people from many different backgrounds have reported remarkably similar experiences after coming close to death.

Are these encounters evidence that consciousness can exist beyond the physical body? Could they be visions created by a brain under extreme stress? Or are near-death experiencers briefly seeing a reality that normally remains hidden from us?

We examine some of the most common elements found in NDE accounts, consider both spiritual and scientific explanations, and discuss what these experiences could reveal about consciousness, the soul, and what may await us beyond the final breath.

What do you believe happens when we die?

1
00:00:00.400 --> 00:00:04.320
Coming up on Paratruth Reborn, I'll be talking about near

2
00:00:04.519 --> 00:00:06.080
death experiences.

3
00:00:10.359 --> 00:00:13.279
Welcome, we do very truth.

4
00:00:38.799 --> 00:00:44.560
How's it going, Paratruthers. Welcome to another episode of Paratruth Reborn.

5
00:00:45.200 --> 00:00:48.320
My name is Justin and tonight we're gonna be talking

6
00:00:48.320 --> 00:00:53.359
about something that many people fear, and that's death, and

7
00:00:53.719 --> 00:00:56.719
more specifically, we're gonna be talking about near death experiences.

8
00:00:57.520 --> 00:01:00.479
We are supposed to have John Jay Davis on to

9
00:01:00.600 --> 00:01:03.799
talk about his near death experience, but he had an

10
00:01:03.840 --> 00:01:06.799
emergency and wasn't able to make it. And Eric is

11
00:01:06.920 --> 00:01:09.319
on set this week, so I'm going to be doing

12
00:01:09.400 --> 00:01:12.000
this solo and hopefully he doing a very.

13
00:01:11.920 --> 00:01:12.480
Good job of it.

14
00:01:13.560 --> 00:01:17.000
So a lot of people will talk about near death

15
00:01:17.079 --> 00:01:22.200
experiences and that it is kind of a life changing event.

16
00:01:23.680 --> 00:01:27.959
Something that a lot of people fear is death itself.

17
00:01:28.519 --> 00:01:32.280
As paranormal investigators, I think many of us still can

18
00:01:32.400 --> 00:01:37.319
fear death, but we have a little more understanding of it,

19
00:01:37.560 --> 00:01:41.920
especially those of us that are firm believers with healthy

20
00:01:42.000 --> 00:01:47.560
skepticism about things. But those that have had near death

21
00:01:47.640 --> 00:01:52.920
and spirit near death experiences, it's kind of varied for

22
00:01:53.359 --> 00:01:56.719
a lot of accounts. There are many that are the same,

23
00:01:57.719 --> 00:02:01.000
But there have been those that claim that they have

24
00:02:01.159 --> 00:02:07.519
gone to what Christians would call heaven or hell. We've

25
00:02:07.959 --> 00:02:13.199
heard talk about people that say there's nothing but darkness

26
00:02:14.120 --> 00:02:18.520
on the other side. We've also heard people say that

27
00:02:19.520 --> 00:02:21.400
you just go through this white light. And there's all

28
00:02:21.439 --> 00:02:31.759
these different experiences. So what constitutes a near death experience? Now,

29
00:02:32.639 --> 00:02:35.120
if you google this, you'll find all these different things,

30
00:02:36.479 --> 00:02:41.319
but the main common features is, you know, you leave

31
00:02:41.360 --> 00:02:44.840
your body. A lot of people have talked about floating

32
00:02:45.719 --> 00:02:49.919
above their bodies, or they're floating in the room or

33
00:02:50.039 --> 00:02:56.000
at the ceiling of the room where they died. I

34
00:02:56.280 --> 00:03:00.879
have heard of people claiming that they saw something in

35
00:03:00.960 --> 00:03:04.360
another room which they would have had no knowledge of

36
00:03:04.520 --> 00:03:12.240
what was there prior to their near death experience. They

37
00:03:12.360 --> 00:03:16.719
just talk about how there was a watch in the

38
00:03:17.120 --> 00:03:23.719
other room on a cabinet and that a doctor or

39
00:03:23.719 --> 00:03:28.439
a person had been missing it for months and months.

40
00:03:30.120 --> 00:03:35.479
But there's a lot of people that just say that

41
00:03:35.599 --> 00:03:37.680
they see people in the room with them. They don't

42
00:03:37.759 --> 00:03:40.039
have that experience of going into other rooms and stuff

43
00:03:40.080 --> 00:03:45.000
like that. There is the quote unquote tunnel of light,

44
00:03:46.039 --> 00:03:49.400
you know, moving through a dark space or tunnel toward

45
00:03:49.479 --> 00:03:52.680
a bright warm light. That is kind of the most

46
00:03:52.800 --> 00:03:58.240
common story and a lot of the ones that Christian

47
00:03:58.319 --> 00:04:02.879
faith people will claim to have seen. And they go

48
00:04:03.000 --> 00:04:09.199
into the light and they're in heaven or hell. A

49
00:04:09.240 --> 00:04:12.080
lot of people will say that they have a feeling

50
00:04:12.680 --> 00:04:17.800
of safe, calm and free from all physical pain, which

51
00:04:18.000 --> 00:04:20.639
makes a lot of sense because you are not in

52
00:04:20.720 --> 00:04:25.639
the physical body anymore, so you would not feel any pain,

53
00:04:25.720 --> 00:04:28.720
You wouldn't feel anything. You would probably still have the

54
00:04:28.800 --> 00:04:34.480
emotions that you would have had whileso alive. But if

55
00:04:34.639 --> 00:04:38.720
you're in that calm state, it's just tranquility. I guess

56
00:04:38.759 --> 00:04:44.319
you could call it that. Something that I've heard a

57
00:04:44.399 --> 00:04:54.839
lot is that it was peaceful. So there are some

58
00:04:55.040 --> 00:04:59.879
other ones here. A lot of people talk about going

59
00:05:00.120 --> 00:05:01.240
through a life review.

60
00:05:01.680 --> 00:05:05.040
Now there are plenty that you.

61
00:05:07.040 --> 00:05:10.199
Talk about while I saw my life flash before my eyes.

62
00:05:10.920 --> 00:05:13.639
And that's not even when they've had the out of

63
00:05:13.680 --> 00:05:14.600
body experience.

64
00:05:14.759 --> 00:05:15.800
They just had a.

65
00:05:18.560 --> 00:05:22.759
Brink with death by a near miss. But people that

66
00:05:22.959 --> 00:05:29.399
have literally left their bodies will see major moments from

67
00:05:29.439 --> 00:05:33.759
their lives flash by in a short time. I have

68
00:05:33.959 --> 00:05:37.439
heard of people say that they were going through the

69
00:05:37.560 --> 00:05:40.040
life review process or starting to go through the life

70
00:05:40.079 --> 00:05:45.160
review process and they're brought back. And there's a lot

71
00:05:45.199 --> 00:05:48.240
of speculation on the life review thing too, because a

72
00:05:48.319 --> 00:05:52.560
lot of people say, well, you stick around for a while.

73
00:05:53.839 --> 00:05:54.800
A lot of people.

74
00:05:56.319 --> 00:05:58.680
Have claimed that a lot of mediums have claimed that

75
00:05:59.519 --> 00:06:04.519
we stick around until after our funeral or during our

76
00:06:04.600 --> 00:06:09.680
funeral to see everybody one last time and to say

77
00:06:09.720 --> 00:06:14.360
goodbye to everybody, and then that white light is still there.

78
00:06:15.959 --> 00:06:19.879
There is a whole speculation on that the white light portal,

79
00:06:20.120 --> 00:06:26.439
if you want to call it, that sticks around until

80
00:06:28.600 --> 00:06:31.279
several days after your death, and then there are many

81
00:06:31.360 --> 00:06:34.279
that say that it closes. I have heard a couple

82
00:06:34.319 --> 00:06:38.199
of people say it's always there, but maybe this ghost

83
00:06:38.839 --> 00:06:47.439
or spirit does eventually becomes blind to it, but it's

84
00:06:47.600 --> 00:06:54.120
always The life review is well after you've crossed over,

85
00:06:54.920 --> 00:07:02.199
so you hear all these different stories about what happens

86
00:07:02.319 --> 00:07:06.120
after you have that out of body experience. Now, again,

87
00:07:06.279 --> 00:07:10.720
we're talking about people that have literally died and they

88
00:07:10.800 --> 00:07:14.600
are going to be buried.

89
00:07:15.399 --> 00:07:16.160
But the people that.

90
00:07:17.800 --> 00:07:22.399
Have had near death experiences and come back, that's a

91
00:07:22.439 --> 00:07:27.000
little bit different. So it's hard to tell what is

92
00:07:27.079 --> 00:07:30.160
truth what is not because everybody has a different encounter

93
00:07:30.240 --> 00:07:31.439
and a lot of it has to do with your

94
00:07:31.480 --> 00:07:33.800
faith as well. There are a lot of people that

95
00:07:33.959 --> 00:07:38.639
say that people of different face see the same thing.

96
00:07:39.839 --> 00:07:42.800
I've also heard that it's kind of the opposite. What

97
00:07:42.959 --> 00:07:48.720
you see is based on your particular belief So there

98
00:07:48.839 --> 00:07:53.360
is a lot of speculation there as well. And if

99
00:07:53.360 --> 00:07:57.279
you if you're just joining us, welcome, welcome, welcome. As

100
00:07:57.360 --> 00:08:00.959
I said at the beginning, that I am on my

101
00:08:01.040 --> 00:08:03.120
own today. We were supposed to have a guest and

102
00:08:03.199 --> 00:08:06.680
he had an emergency. So I hope that everybody is

103
00:08:08.839 --> 00:08:10.480
doing well and listening.

104
00:08:11.680 --> 00:08:15.399
To my talk about near death experiences.

105
00:08:17.079 --> 00:08:20.240
Now, something else that a lot of people talk about

106
00:08:20.439 --> 00:08:23.879
when they have a near death experience is encountering family

107
00:08:23.959 --> 00:08:27.279
members or loved ones on the other side. I've heard

108
00:08:27.279 --> 00:08:29.439
a lot of people say that they've seen their parents,

109
00:08:29.519 --> 00:08:33.200
that if they have passed, their grandparents and so on,

110
00:08:33.360 --> 00:08:35.759
if they've had any other loved ones, they're there as well.

111
00:08:36.120 --> 00:08:43.320
I've had people talk about where they haven't even left

112
00:08:43.480 --> 00:08:47.120
their body yet and they're seeing the white light, or

113
00:08:47.200 --> 00:08:52.480
they're seeing their loved ones just standing around them, their

114
00:08:52.559 --> 00:08:58.480
past loved ones, I should say. And there in lies

115
00:08:58.639 --> 00:09:00.320
another issue as well, like.

116
00:09:02.240 --> 00:09:02.799
Are they.

117
00:09:05.559 --> 00:09:12.200
Just experiencing this before they pass. And here's the other

118
00:09:12.320 --> 00:09:18.279
part to this is how comfortable you are with death.

119
00:09:18.759 --> 00:09:22.240
If you're afraid of death, maybe those things happen before

120
00:09:22.279 --> 00:09:26.360
you leave the body as a way to calm the spirit.

121
00:09:28.480 --> 00:09:32.879
And then those that are comfortable with death, they literally

122
00:09:33.000 --> 00:09:35.080
just leave their body and go on in their merry way.

123
00:09:37.960 --> 00:09:42.639
Science has tried to explain this, and I say try

124
00:09:43.360 --> 00:09:49.919
with a quote unquote finger wag, because you've heard us

125
00:09:50.000 --> 00:09:55.519
talk about it that we don't think that science literally

126
00:09:55.639 --> 00:09:59.480
explains everything. They have a lot of good theories, for sure,

127
00:10:02.639 --> 00:10:07.080
one of them being that your brain activity is kind

128
00:10:07.120 --> 00:10:12.519
of changing. The visions happen when the brain is dying,

129
00:10:12.799 --> 00:10:18.840
losing oxygen and releasing those death chemicals that are present

130
00:10:18.960 --> 00:10:24.440
once you pass away. They view it as a vivid

131
00:10:24.519 --> 00:10:28.200
dream like state or hallucination caused by extreme stress of

132
00:10:28.279 --> 00:10:36.600
the body and lasting change. People who go through this

133
00:10:36.840 --> 00:10:42.360
often lose their fear of death and live life differently afterward.

134
00:10:44.360 --> 00:10:48.120
So I think science is basically trying to say that

135
00:10:49.960 --> 00:10:52.639
it kind of takes that fear away once you have

136
00:10:52.759 --> 00:10:55.159
this near death experience. I think even if you have

137
00:10:55.320 --> 00:10:58.279
a brink with death where it was a close call,

138
00:10:58.840 --> 00:11:02.360
I think you do have a life changing moment there

139
00:11:02.399 --> 00:11:07.120
as well, where you maybe you won't live life to

140
00:11:07.240 --> 00:11:11.320
the fullest, like within your death experience when you leave

141
00:11:11.320 --> 00:11:14.399
your body, but you at least have an appreciation for

142
00:11:14.519 --> 00:11:20.039
death and realize that any moment life can be taken away.

143
00:11:23.159 --> 00:11:28.399
Something that is very very hard for many people is

144
00:11:28.919 --> 00:11:33.519
the fact that they are not going to live forever.

145
00:11:36.279 --> 00:11:40.320
I still struggle with this. I have so many things

146
00:11:40.360 --> 00:11:43.960
I want to do before I go, and it is

147
00:11:44.159 --> 00:11:47.159
very very common to be afraid of death. So I'm

148
00:11:47.240 --> 00:11:52.200
not saying that you know, if you fear death, don't.

149
00:11:52.480 --> 00:11:57.639
I mean, that is your perspective on your life. But

150
00:12:00.600 --> 00:12:03.600
a lot of things to consider though, is that you

151
00:12:03.679 --> 00:12:12.279
should be living life to the fullest. Something I've heard say,

152
00:12:13.440 --> 00:12:17.519
the scientists say, or doctors say that the white light

153
00:12:18.000 --> 00:12:23.159
tunnel is kind of that same thing, your brain dying

154
00:12:23.759 --> 00:12:28.919
and you're going on. There was a doctor I cannot

155
00:12:29.039 --> 00:12:33.039
remember his name. He had done a study with dying

156
00:12:33.159 --> 00:12:36.000
patients and this wasn't like near death where they came back.

157
00:12:36.120 --> 00:12:41.840
They were dying and the frontal lobe of the brain

158
00:12:42.879 --> 00:12:46.720
lights up like a light bulb. And a lot of

159
00:12:46.759 --> 00:12:51.559
people have speculated and even this doctor has even said

160
00:12:51.600 --> 00:12:55.879
that maybe that bright light that you're seeing is the

161
00:12:56.080 --> 00:13:05.960
brain firing very very fast before before death. But in

162
00:13:06.080 --> 00:13:10.200
the frontal cortex of the brain is also where a

163
00:13:10.279 --> 00:13:12.200
lot of people associate.

164
00:13:11.720 --> 00:13:12.200
The third eye.

165
00:13:12.519 --> 00:13:18.240
Now where where we in the paranormal community kind of

166
00:13:18.399 --> 00:13:21.679
gather things is the pineal gland is the center of

167
00:13:21.720 --> 00:13:24.480
the third eye, which is further back than the frontal lobe.

168
00:13:25.120 --> 00:13:30.720
But who's to say that that isn't true that the

169
00:13:31.120 --> 00:13:35.720
frontal cortex is lighting up because that gateway is opening

170
00:13:35.799 --> 00:13:40.120
and that the brain is seeing it quote unquote seeing it.

171
00:13:42.639 --> 00:13:47.679
It's there's been so much speculation in this regard, so

172
00:13:47.960 --> 00:13:53.039
it's very hard to tell what is the truth when

173
00:13:53.080 --> 00:13:58.200
it comes to your death experiences. Something that I find

174
00:13:58.360 --> 00:14:02.480
super fascinating as there are tons and tons of experiences

175
00:14:03.080 --> 00:14:08.879
that you can find on Google, but I like that

176
00:14:09.720 --> 00:14:10.559
there is a.

177
00:14:10.679 --> 00:14:11.960
Website called.

178
00:14:13.679 --> 00:14:16.919
Magiccenter dot com and this was a blog somebody wrote

179
00:14:17.000 --> 00:14:21.720
on here, So I'm going to quote these five near

180
00:14:21.840 --> 00:14:23.879
death experiences that.

181
00:14:23.960 --> 00:14:27.519
They say are credible.

182
00:14:28.559 --> 00:14:33.799
In two thousand and one, a study was done by

183
00:14:33.879 --> 00:14:39.799
renowned cardiologist Pim van Lommel, a man who had been

184
00:14:40.039 --> 00:14:44.080
in a deep coma. He later told nurses that he

185
00:14:44.360 --> 00:14:48.559
recognized her. He told her that he saw where she

186
00:14:48.759 --> 00:14:54.200
had placed his dentures during resuscitation efforts, and then described

187
00:14:54.399 --> 00:14:59.840
the cart where she placed the They were there precisely

188
00:15:00.039 --> 00:15:03.679
as he described it. And this is where we get

189
00:15:03.759 --> 00:15:09.039
into that what I had talked about earlier, where people

190
00:15:09.120 --> 00:15:11.840
that have had in your death experiences see these things

191
00:15:12.159 --> 00:15:18.360
that supposedly are there. And I say supposedly just because

192
00:15:19.559 --> 00:15:26.120
until everything is found, it's just speculation until somebody goes

193
00:15:26.200 --> 00:15:32.120
to check and see if those things happened. There was

194
00:15:32.159 --> 00:15:38.879
another experience with a child, and this is a quote

195
00:15:38.960 --> 00:15:43.600
from them. There were some presences there. There were some ladies.

196
00:15:43.840 --> 00:15:46.960
I didn't know them at the time. They were so

197
00:15:47.799 --> 00:15:51.519
loving and so wonderful, and I just didn't want to

198
00:15:51.639 --> 00:15:55.039
come back. I didn't see any pictures of them until

199
00:15:55.080 --> 00:15:58.320
I was an adult, but then I said, oh, yeah,

200
00:15:59.360 --> 00:16:03.600
they were my great grandmothers who had died years before

201
00:16:03.639 --> 00:16:11.960
I was born. Which is a fascinating tale because many

202
00:16:12.039 --> 00:16:17.840
of us think that it's going to be closer loved

203
00:16:17.879 --> 00:16:23.240
ones than your great grandparents. And that's not to say

204
00:16:23.279 --> 00:16:27.399
that it doesn't happen where the closer loved ones are

205
00:16:27.440 --> 00:16:31.799
there as well. This child just saw the great grandparents.

206
00:16:31.840 --> 00:16:35.360
For whatever reason, the great grandmothers came forward to greet

207
00:16:35.399 --> 00:16:37.519
the child, and maybe it was because it was a

208
00:16:37.639 --> 00:16:45.679
child and not an adult who knows near death experience.

209
00:16:45.759 --> 00:16:49.360
Story number three, this is one about a life of view.

210
00:16:53.200 --> 00:16:58.720
This gentleman realized that.

211
00:17:01.120 --> 00:17:06.880
Collision was imminent during a car wreck. They said that

212
00:17:07.960 --> 00:17:10.880
time seemed to slow down as he hit his brakes

213
00:17:10.960 --> 00:17:15.960
and went into an uncontrolled slide. Then he seemed to

214
00:17:16.079 --> 00:17:18.880
pop out of his body. While in the state, he

215
00:17:19.079 --> 00:17:22.839
had a life review which consisted of brief pictures flashes

216
00:17:22.960 --> 00:17:25.880
of his life. His car struck the truck, and the

217
00:17:26.000 --> 00:17:29.599
truck bed crashed through the window, causing multiple injuries to

218
00:17:29.680 --> 00:17:33.319
his head and chest. Medical reports showed that he was

219
00:17:33.480 --> 00:17:39.200
in a coma and nearly died. Now, going back to

220
00:17:39.359 --> 00:17:43.160
what I said earlier, you know, having your life flashed

221
00:17:43.200 --> 00:17:44.759
before your eyes before.

222
00:17:44.400 --> 00:17:47.000
You even have that near death experience.

223
00:17:47.559 --> 00:17:47.920
This is.

224
00:17:49.400 --> 00:17:54.240
Case in point right here. Medical reports showed that he

225
00:17:54.480 --> 00:17:57.559
was in a coma and nearly died. Yet he had

226
00:17:57.720 --> 00:18:01.039
a vivid sensation of leaving his physical body and entering

227
00:18:01.200 --> 00:18:05.359
into darkness. He had the feeling of moving up through

228
00:18:05.559 --> 00:18:07.920
a dark tunnel towards a point of light.

229
00:18:11.839 --> 00:18:12.359
Excuse me.

230
00:18:13.039 --> 00:18:18.000
Suddenly a being filled with love and light appeared him.

231
00:18:19.759 --> 00:18:23.119
Now he had a second life review, or a life

232
00:18:23.839 --> 00:18:28.400
review proper one guid guided by this being of light,

233
00:18:29.720 --> 00:18:32.880
he felt bathed in love and compassion, and he reviewed

234
00:18:33.039 --> 00:18:37.640
the moral choices he had made in his lifetime. He

235
00:18:37.720 --> 00:18:41.559
suddenly understood that he was an important part of the

236
00:18:41.640 --> 00:18:46.440
universe and that his life had a purpose. Now that's

237
00:18:47.559 --> 00:18:51.160
more than just a story of life review. This gentleman

238
00:18:51.920 --> 00:18:57.079
is also having that experience of.

239
00:18:59.000 --> 00:18:59.839
What you call.

240
00:19:02.279 --> 00:19:05.680
A life change. You know, he literally went through all

241
00:19:05.759 --> 00:19:08.559
this and then came back and realized that things were

242
00:19:08.599 --> 00:19:14.000
not as serious as they seem. Thank you, Joe, I'm

243
00:19:14.039 --> 00:19:22.119
glad that you're enjoying it. Another experience traveling through walls.

244
00:19:22.880 --> 00:19:28.400
Some in the ears report stories of vertical, verritical out

245
00:19:28.400 --> 00:19:32.799
of body experiences, including traveling through walls to the waiting

246
00:19:32.880 --> 00:19:36.200
room where they see their relatives and friends. One patient

247
00:19:36.279 --> 00:19:38.839
reported traveling through a wall and seeing her young daughter

248
00:19:39.000 --> 00:19:44.920
wearing mismatched plaids, which was highly unusual. Another woman traveled

249
00:19:45.000 --> 00:19:47.519
through a wall and overheard her brother in law in

250
00:19:47.599 --> 00:19:52.039
the hospital waiting room talking to a business associate in

251
00:19:52.160 --> 00:19:55.839
a very derogatory manner. She was able to report this

252
00:19:56.079 --> 00:20:01.640
back to him later. Now, I other than going through walls,

253
00:20:01.920 --> 00:20:04.319
there have been people that have reported that they go

254
00:20:04.559 --> 00:20:07.599
to other planes of reality as well. A lot of

255
00:20:07.720 --> 00:20:11.240
us talk about this during dream states and whatnot too,

256
00:20:11.920 --> 00:20:14.079
and a lot of us.

257
00:20:16.160 --> 00:20:22.599
Have speculated that we ask for travel when we sleep.

258
00:20:23.880 --> 00:20:27.400
And you can call that not a body experience, it's

259
00:20:27.400 --> 00:20:32.400
not your death experience, but your consciousness is leaving your

260
00:20:32.440 --> 00:20:35.200
body or your spirit, your soul, whatever you want to

261
00:20:35.240 --> 00:20:35.480
call it.

262
00:20:44.240 --> 00:20:45.039
And there's Eric.

263
00:20:47.799 --> 00:20:51.480
Oh man, what a what a? What? What? All?

264
00:20:56.039 --> 00:20:58.519
So I've kind of gone over some stuff here, like

265
00:21:00.279 --> 00:21:02.279
what constitutes in your death experience?

266
00:21:03.400 --> 00:21:06.240
What constitutes a good death or a good death experience?

267
00:21:07.480 --> 00:21:12.519
Is there a good death experience? No?

268
00:21:12.680 --> 00:21:12.880
Good?

269
00:21:13.119 --> 00:21:14.160
No? I was going to ask you if that was

270
00:21:14.200 --> 00:21:16.079
a question. If you're just saying this is what you're

271
00:21:16.200 --> 00:21:17.359
that's what you're currently.

272
00:21:17.799 --> 00:21:20.480
Oh no, I I just kind of went over what

273
00:21:20.720 --> 00:21:24.519
constitutes in your death experience, like you leave your body.

274
00:21:27.640 --> 00:21:28.720
I've talked about.

275
00:21:28.720 --> 00:21:32.599
How a lot of people have reported that they see

276
00:21:33.279 --> 00:21:37.359
objects or or people or things in other rooms or

277
00:21:37.559 --> 00:21:41.680
in the same room. But there was a case that

278
00:21:42.480 --> 00:21:46.160
a gentleman had passed away an older gentleman, or shouldn't

279
00:21:46.160 --> 00:21:48.599
say passed away in your death experience. And he told

280
00:21:48.599 --> 00:21:52.480
the nurse that she put his dentures in a certain

281
00:21:52.519 --> 00:21:55.799
spot because they couldn't find them, and they found them

282
00:21:55.839 --> 00:21:58.319
exactly where he had said.

283
00:22:01.519 --> 00:22:03.240
And something that.

284
00:22:05.920 --> 00:22:09.279
Is really driving home here is how science is trying

285
00:22:09.359 --> 00:22:15.240
to explain away these experiences. So some of the stuff

286
00:22:15.279 --> 00:22:17.799
that you have come across over the years and near

287
00:22:17.880 --> 00:22:23.519
death experiences, what are your thoughts on people's accounts of it?

288
00:22:23.599 --> 00:22:27.079
And I've mentioned too that sometimes it has to do

289
00:22:27.440 --> 00:22:31.559
with your belief system. That a lot of people will

290
00:22:32.119 --> 00:22:35.319
say that they went to heaven or hell, or that

291
00:22:35.480 --> 00:22:37.880
they have gone through a tunnel of light, things like that.

292
00:22:39.599 --> 00:22:44.240
And there have been instances where people from other faiths

293
00:22:44.680 --> 00:22:48.200
have seen the Christian heaven or hell when they die,

294
00:22:48.400 --> 00:22:53.720
and then some say there's nothing but black darkness. So

295
00:22:53.960 --> 00:22:55.240
what are some of your thoughts on that?

296
00:22:55.680 --> 00:22:59.839
Yeah, I mean, it is very interesting that so many

297
00:23:00.160 --> 00:23:03.279
stories that we read about and that we hear about

298
00:23:03.559 --> 00:23:06.799
do shares and similarities. And like you said, you know,

299
00:23:07.079 --> 00:23:11.160
the idea of seeing the light if you will, which

300
00:23:11.240 --> 00:23:13.279
of course science tries to explain away as a certain

301
00:23:13.319 --> 00:23:15.880
part of the brain that is dying and feeds off

302
00:23:15.920 --> 00:23:21.319
as kind of euphloric vision that appears as a vision

303
00:23:21.400 --> 00:23:24.960
as light. Basically, you know, obviously science is always against

304
00:23:25.039 --> 00:23:28.640
the pseudoscience and vice versa. So try to find a

305
00:23:28.759 --> 00:23:33.079
link using both science and the pseudoscience to you know,

306
00:23:33.240 --> 00:23:36.640
to get the answer isn't always easy, but it would

307
00:23:36.640 --> 00:23:40.720
be ideal. I have heard a lot of stories like

308
00:23:41.720 --> 00:23:43.839
what is it like? I think it's like twenty three

309
00:23:43.880 --> 00:23:45.200
minutes in Hell or something like that.

310
00:23:45.279 --> 00:23:50.920
There's a book out, Yeah, yeah, when we were doing Nightstalkers,

311
00:23:51.240 --> 00:23:53.440
or maybe it was just after I left to do

312
00:23:53.640 --> 00:23:56.920
Parasite Radio, I had seen that book come out and

313
00:23:56.960 --> 00:23:58.720
I really wanted to get that guy on but never

314
00:23:58.799 --> 00:23:59.880
got a response from it.

315
00:24:00.319 --> 00:24:02.480
Yeah, yeah, you know, so there's that. And I recall

316
00:24:02.519 --> 00:24:04.119
a story that we heard at one point, I think

317
00:24:04.200 --> 00:24:06.200
on the show one of our episodes at some point

318
00:24:06.359 --> 00:24:10.680
over the years, where somebody had passed away or had

319
00:24:10.720 --> 00:24:15.079
a near this experience where they left their body in

320
00:24:15.200 --> 00:24:18.000
the hospital. They're standing over their body, they were looking

321
00:24:18.039 --> 00:24:20.559
at it, they were seeing the doctors trying to resuscitate him,

322
00:24:21.119 --> 00:24:24.240
and then all of a sudden, these things started like

323
00:24:24.519 --> 00:24:27.839
grasping at him, like pulling on his arms and pulling

324
00:24:27.920 --> 00:24:30.000
on you know, on his body, on his limbs, and

325
00:24:30.039 --> 00:24:31.960
he said it wasn't nice. They were like really dark

326
00:24:32.039 --> 00:24:33.880
figures and it was hurting the way it was like

327
00:24:34.000 --> 00:24:37.839
tearing his at his flesh. But he had like looked

328
00:24:37.920 --> 00:24:41.279
up and you know, apologized to God and said, forgive me,

329
00:24:41.440 --> 00:24:43.519
I believe, I believe you, you know, so on and

330
00:24:43.640 --> 00:24:46.039
so forth, and all of a sudden he snapped back

331
00:24:46.079 --> 00:24:48.400
into his body and he took a breath, and it

332
00:24:48.519 --> 00:24:52.960
changed his entire life outlook right, it just completely changed

333
00:24:53.000 --> 00:24:56.519
his view on heaven and hell and his view on

334
00:24:57.119 --> 00:24:59.839
life is general and the afterlife. And no, I'm not

335
00:25:00.119 --> 00:25:05.839
saying that like necessarily every experience is this, you know, heaven,

336
00:25:05.960 --> 00:25:10.000
hell or must be God or the devil or whatever,

337
00:25:10.119 --> 00:25:13.359
you know, but it's there is this weird similarity between

338
00:25:13.480 --> 00:25:16.240
light and darkness that often happens. People either see the

339
00:25:16.319 --> 00:25:19.240
dark or feel some sort of dark heavy presence, and

340
00:25:19.400 --> 00:25:22.599
other people see the light or heavenly good feeling, if

341
00:25:22.640 --> 00:25:24.759
you will, and or they start.

342
00:25:24.599 --> 00:25:27.720
In darkness and then the light tunnel shows.

343
00:25:27.480 --> 00:25:30.400
Up, shows up. Yeah, yeah, you know, And so you know,

344
00:25:30.480 --> 00:25:33.599
I find it really interesting because I do recall the

345
00:25:33.680 --> 00:25:36.839
stories from people from other faiths who've had the Christian experience,

346
00:25:37.000 --> 00:25:42.000
as you said it, when they have these near death experiences.

347
00:25:43.640 --> 00:25:46.759
And we've also heard of stories of Christians who've had

348
00:25:47.480 --> 00:25:49.720
just kind of like there's nothing there. They awake and

349
00:25:49.799 --> 00:25:52.119
there's like from these near nothing the experiences like I

350
00:25:52.200 --> 00:25:54.240
witness nothing, There was nothing at all, and I realized

351
00:25:54.240 --> 00:25:56.319
there is no God, you know, And it's weird how

352
00:25:56.400 --> 00:25:58.799
that happens that. I don't know if it's more based

353
00:25:58.920 --> 00:26:06.480
on the person, a person's oh goodness resord I was

354
00:26:06.519 --> 00:26:09.000
thinking of. I literally had it right there. We're about

355
00:26:09.039 --> 00:26:13.160
to say it, I'm got been a long day. Yes, yes,

356
00:26:13.279 --> 00:26:18.720
that's the word. A person's perspective on what they experienced,

357
00:26:18.839 --> 00:26:21.359
you know, because you could have experience that there's nothing

358
00:26:21.440 --> 00:26:23.640
there and you can easy be like, oh my God,

359
00:26:23.680 --> 00:26:27.480
there's nothing m and there has to be something like this,

360
00:26:27.759 --> 00:26:30.640
this feeling of loss, you know, like in the Christian

361
00:26:30.720 --> 00:26:34.680
Bible it says to be in hell's to be away

362
00:26:34.720 --> 00:26:38.279
from the presence of God. It's emptiness, it's void, there's

363
00:26:38.519 --> 00:26:43.759
no goodness, no joy, no no hope. And so you

364
00:26:43.799 --> 00:26:45.640
know that again, it's to change a perspective when you

365
00:26:45.680 --> 00:26:47.839
feel no hope what does that mean? Do you look

366
00:26:47.880 --> 00:26:49.839
for that hope and search for it or do you

367
00:26:50.039 --> 00:26:53.480
just give up? You know? And I think that's very

368
00:26:53.599 --> 00:26:59.240
important to consider. People's perspective really does matter in everything

369
00:26:59.279 --> 00:27:01.000
that would do and everything that we say.

370
00:27:03.039 --> 00:27:04.880
I do want I have a point to make.

371
00:27:04.960 --> 00:27:09.319
But Joe Fox mentions so many videos on YouTube about

372
00:27:09.400 --> 00:27:13.920
this problem is so many lies and made up stories.

373
00:27:14.640 --> 00:27:20.759
It's discouraging it best. And that that's can be said

374
00:27:20.799 --> 00:27:24.240
about a lot of the things in the paranormal. Look

375
00:27:24.319 --> 00:27:27.599
at all of the UFO sightings that are coming out

376
00:27:27.880 --> 00:27:33.160
or creature videos that are coming out, and the majority

377
00:27:33.200 --> 00:27:38.039
of them are pretty obvious that it's AI. But there

378
00:27:38.079 --> 00:27:42.359
are a couple now where it's like that does that

379
00:27:42.480 --> 00:27:45.119
does not look like AI, and it doesn't look like

380
00:27:45.359 --> 00:27:46.319
a hoax either.

381
00:27:46.519 --> 00:27:49.920
So well, beyond that, a lot of social media is

382
00:27:50.039 --> 00:27:52.880
just clickbait. It's just something to try to get you

383
00:27:52.920 --> 00:27:55.799
to click on the video and they're watching for two

384
00:27:55.880 --> 00:27:59.640
minutes for nothing to happen at all. It's like wait

385
00:27:59.720 --> 00:28:03.039
till the end and there's nothing there, like nothing happens, uh,

386
00:28:03.119 --> 00:28:05.839
And so yeah, you have, like Joe says, there there's

387
00:28:05.880 --> 00:28:08.039
a lot of people who make up these stories just

388
00:28:08.160 --> 00:28:09.720
for the click that we see it all the time

389
00:28:09.759 --> 00:28:14.200
on TikTok oh, Like it's it's crazy, Like have I

390
00:28:14.279 --> 00:28:16.799
shared with you that I'm like, is this real? I

391
00:28:16.880 --> 00:28:18.640
need your Yeah, I.

392
00:28:18.720 --> 00:28:19.160
Know, I know.

393
00:28:19.279 --> 00:28:21.599
Like the last the last like four you sent, I

394
00:28:21.720 --> 00:28:23.640
just laughed at each one because like, oh my god,

395
00:28:23.720 --> 00:28:27.079
this is but the portal thing that you sounds like yeah,

396
00:28:27.519 --> 00:28:31.880
and the majority it is like yeah, I want to

397
00:28:31.920 --> 00:28:32.759
believe that it's real.

398
00:28:33.160 --> 00:28:36.440
But I just have sent them just because it's like, okay,

399
00:28:36.480 --> 00:28:38.039
you got to see what these people are coming.

400
00:28:38.160 --> 00:28:43.480
Well, yeah, I mean at this point, the paranormal, the

401
00:28:43.599 --> 00:28:47.240
aspect of the idea of the paramals becoming more entertainment

402
00:28:47.279 --> 00:28:51.559
than it is a real uh pseudoscience. You know, people aren't.

403
00:28:52.559 --> 00:28:54.079
Let me put it this way. There are plenty of

404
00:28:54.079 --> 00:28:56.799
people like experiencing for the paranormal. There are plenty of

405
00:28:56.839 --> 00:28:59.920
people investigating the paranormal, But the ones who are speaking

406
00:29:00.119 --> 00:29:02.119
the loudest are the ones making up the stories and

407
00:29:02.160 --> 00:29:04.680
getting the clickbait. Yeah, and we said this plenty of

408
00:29:04.759 --> 00:29:08.160
time on this show and another podcast that we've done

409
00:29:08.839 --> 00:29:12.599
that any publicity is good publicity. So even if these

410
00:29:12.680 --> 00:29:15.279
videos are getting a bunch of hate because of them

411
00:29:15.359 --> 00:29:19.519
being crap or fake or whatever. Guess what it's ranking

412
00:29:19.599 --> 00:29:21.440
at the top of the list, and we're all seeing

413
00:29:21.519 --> 00:29:23.240
it because of it, Well, all the good stuff, the

414
00:29:23.319 --> 00:29:26.720
true stuff, is getting pushed down to the bottom. I

415
00:29:26.799 --> 00:29:28.440
think you have to wonder why you know is that?

416
00:29:29.160 --> 00:29:32.319
You know? Is that simply just people being people and

417
00:29:33.000 --> 00:29:36.160
you know that's the way technology works. Is there something deeper?

418
00:29:36.440 --> 00:29:38.680
Is there? You know? Is there a spiritual battle happening

419
00:29:38.720 --> 00:29:40.920
in the background where certain certain things don't want you

420
00:29:41.000 --> 00:29:43.759
to know what's really out there for a reason or

421
00:29:44.039 --> 00:29:46.599
some other you know, we don't know, but it's it's

422
00:29:46.680 --> 00:29:49.720
it's very definitely discouraging right well.

423
00:29:49.799 --> 00:29:54.480
And not the governments would have any control over this,

424
00:29:54.680 --> 00:29:59.400
but they at least would make them there or could

425
00:29:59.440 --> 00:30:03.799
control the narrative for sure. Something I wanted to say

426
00:30:03.880 --> 00:30:07.440
when you were talking about the darkness and people from

427
00:30:07.799 --> 00:30:11.799
a Christian perspective, that their life, their their opinions change.

428
00:30:12.960 --> 00:30:14.720
Something that I was kind of speculating because I was

429
00:30:14.799 --> 00:30:17.079
kind of talking about this before you got on, is

430
00:30:17.440 --> 00:30:25.720
that maybe these people are their memory of whatever happened

431
00:30:26.640 --> 00:30:30.559
is suddenly erased because whatever you want to call it, God,

432
00:30:31.319 --> 00:30:34.359
higher consciousness, the universe, whatever you wanted to label it,

433
00:30:35.880 --> 00:30:39.920
did not want them to bring back the stories of

434
00:30:39.960 --> 00:30:43.880
what they saw. Maybe they saw something so horrific that

435
00:30:44.000 --> 00:30:47.319
their mind wouldn't even be able to handle the story

436
00:30:47.440 --> 00:30:48.319
of what happened.

437
00:30:48.440 --> 00:30:51.400
Yeah, I mean, you know, trying to figure out the

438
00:30:51.599 --> 00:30:55.920
reasons behind the experiences and why some people remember and

439
00:30:56.039 --> 00:30:59.559
some people don't. You know, it's that's a science in

440
00:30:59.599 --> 00:31:05.799
and of its self. It's just another mystery. And you know,

441
00:31:06.079 --> 00:31:10.039
I think, and again this is just based on assumption here,

442
00:31:10.160 --> 00:31:13.240
but I would assume that in some near death experiences,

443
00:31:13.279 --> 00:31:15.880
it's very similar to dreaming. How often do we have

444
00:31:16.119 --> 00:31:18.640
dreams but not remember them when we wake up at

445
00:31:18.680 --> 00:31:21.680
all until maybe you know, sometimes at all, And sometimes

446
00:31:21.720 --> 00:31:24.599
it's like days later you're like, wait a minute, last

447
00:31:24.680 --> 00:31:29.640
Thursday I had, you know, like it just clicks. And

448
00:31:31.039 --> 00:31:33.559
I think it is possible because like, especially with near

449
00:31:33.640 --> 00:31:36.480
death experiences, this that's not something that you take lightly.

450
00:31:36.599 --> 00:31:39.359
Like that's a huge shock to the system. It's the

451
00:31:39.480 --> 00:31:42.319
brain potentially passing away, it's the heart stopping, it's the

452
00:31:42.400 --> 00:31:47.279
body completely shutting down. Uh, and then the suddenly charge

453
00:31:47.359 --> 00:31:49.200
back up. And I mean, I hate to use the

454
00:31:49.240 --> 00:31:52.240
word reanimate, but that's really what the soul does. It

455
00:31:52.319 --> 00:31:57.799
animates our body. So no sci fi type of animation

456
00:31:57.880 --> 00:31:59.079
here is that's someone I'm talking about.

457
00:32:00.160 --> 00:32:00.640
It's tying.

458
00:32:01.119 --> 00:32:04.599
Yeah, but you know, like when that happens, the body

459
00:32:04.680 --> 00:32:07.160
is going through a serious shock and there's all these

460
00:32:07.200 --> 00:32:12.119
things happening within the brain, literal electric electric electricity going

461
00:32:12.200 --> 00:32:17.400
off everywhere, and your body's resensitizing to the world, to life.

462
00:32:18.240 --> 00:32:20.640
So yeah, it's very It could be very easy to

463
00:32:20.759 --> 00:32:24.680
not even remember the things that you experience, or it's

464
00:32:24.759 --> 00:32:27.839
just a void in your mind, like you don't recall anything,

465
00:32:27.920 --> 00:32:31.880
so you think there's nothing right, you know, right, I

466
00:32:31.960 --> 00:32:34.880
mean it put it this way too, like, can you,

467
00:32:35.119 --> 00:32:37.799
honestly anybody listening, can you honestly tell me that when

468
00:32:37.839 --> 00:32:40.119
you go to sleep, when you're truly asleep, not dreaming,

469
00:32:40.480 --> 00:32:46.200
just sleeping, what do you see nothing? Darkness, not even darkness.

470
00:32:46.240 --> 00:32:48.759
You don't see darkness. You don't. Can you recall a

471
00:32:48.799 --> 00:32:50.359
time when you're sleeping and you know for a fact

472
00:32:50.359 --> 00:32:55.920
you're seeing darkness, No, there's nothing there, It's completely nothing

473
00:32:56.759 --> 00:32:59.920
like And that's what I would expect some people would

474
00:33:00.000 --> 00:33:03.319
probably experienced during our dear death experience as well, depending

475
00:33:03.319 --> 00:33:05.559
on how far along they are in that experience.

476
00:33:06.200 --> 00:33:10.039
Yeah, all right, folks, we're gonna take a quick break

487
00:34:01.799 --> 00:34:05.240
All right, so, before you got on, I was talking

488
00:34:05.279 --> 00:34:07.240
about there was a doctor.

489
00:34:07.440 --> 00:34:11.000
He wrote a couple of books. I cannot remember his

490
00:34:11.159 --> 00:34:11.840
name or the.

491
00:34:13.360 --> 00:34:15.559
Titles of the books, but he did a study with

492
00:34:16.440 --> 00:34:20.119
people that were passing away.

493
00:34:22.280 --> 00:34:23.800
Where he had.

494
00:34:27.199 --> 00:34:29.400
Not electrode. Well, I guess they're electrodes, they are just

495
00:34:29.480 --> 00:34:31.960
not inserted into the brain. But he was doing a

496
00:34:32.039 --> 00:34:35.320
brain scan and at the time of death, the frontal

497
00:34:35.440 --> 00:34:39.679
cortex lights up like a light bulb, like super bright,

498
00:34:41.239 --> 00:34:45.679
and some people have speculated that that's why people are

499
00:34:45.719 --> 00:34:50.800
seeing the light tunnel. I guess you could call it

500
00:34:52.119 --> 00:34:56.920
is that the brain is firing so many electrons so

501
00:34:57.679 --> 00:35:05.960
fast that the eyes are are basically seeing white light.

502
00:35:10.079 --> 00:35:15.000
Have you heard of anybody, any other doctors doing studies

503
00:35:15.079 --> 00:35:21.079
like that where they've noticed certain things at the time

504
00:35:21.119 --> 00:35:25.039
of death or during a near death experience Again, I.

505
00:35:25.079 --> 00:35:30.199
Mean, I've heard stories of studies conducted like that one

506
00:35:30.400 --> 00:35:32.960
to see what's happening. And yeah, you're right, Like the

507
00:35:33.800 --> 00:35:39.159
front four dex or whatever lights up like Christmas Street supposedly,

508
00:35:39.559 --> 00:35:42.280
and there's there's plenty of evident I say supposedly, there's

509
00:35:42.280 --> 00:35:45.199
plenty of evidence to prove it. You know they don't

510
00:35:45.239 --> 00:35:48.960
typically there's no reason to fake the evidence on this. Uh,

511
00:35:49.119 --> 00:35:51.960
there's actual evidence that you can see video of these51200:35:52.320 --> 00:35:56.639

brains like actually charging like they do and releasing this charge.51300:35:58.480 --> 00:36:02.639

But you know it's something like that only explains a51400:36:02.920 --> 00:36:05.880

very small portion to the near death experience, right, So51500:36:06.039 --> 00:36:11.280

that could easily, I suppose it could easily pass off51600:36:11.440 --> 00:36:14.280

as the reason why we see a light or why51700:36:14.360 --> 00:36:19.559

some people see a light, but it doesn't explain the51800:36:19.639 --> 00:36:23.119

fact that some people see angelic beings, or that some51900:36:23.239 --> 00:36:26.360

people see their family members, or that some people see52000:36:27.519 --> 00:36:30.960

dark entities approaching them, or that they feel hell fire52100:36:31.079 --> 00:36:34.960

and all this other stuff. Right, we're focused in on52200:36:35.079 --> 00:36:37.159

one small thing, and that's seeing the light, but there's52300:36:37.199 --> 00:36:39.079

so much more to it in the stories that we're52400:36:39.559 --> 00:36:42.320

hearing about when it comes to their death experiences. So52500:36:42.519 --> 00:36:45.519

I do think that there may be some scientific proof that, yes,52600:36:45.639 --> 00:36:49.360

maybe some people see this light because of that that52700:36:49.519 --> 00:36:52.360

happening at the front of the brain, but it can't52800:36:52.360 --> 00:36:54.559

write off all of the experiences that people are having,52900:36:57.000 --> 00:36:59.480

and that's something that really needs to be taken into consideration.53000:36:59.679 --> 00:36:59.840

You know.53100:37:00.079 --> 00:37:02.039

It's like you can't just take a handful of things,53200:37:02.079 --> 00:37:04.199

a handful of small handful of studies. They'd be like, oh,53300:37:04.360 --> 00:37:06.719

this is the answer. No, this is something has to53400:37:06.800 --> 00:37:13.599

be studied for years along like hundreds of researched you know,53500:37:14.320 --> 00:37:17.079

I mean hate to say the word specimens, but you know,53600:37:17.239 --> 00:37:21.559

people who have passed away or passing away. You can't53700:37:21.639 --> 00:37:23.400

just base all of these off of like a couple53800:37:23.440 --> 00:37:26.360

of studies, a couple of small instances.53900:37:26.440 --> 00:37:31.599

Right, Well, something that I've heard I'm sure you've probably54000:37:31.639 --> 00:37:36.480

heard these stories too, of people having a near death54100:37:36.559 --> 00:37:40.920

experience coming back and they start speaking a completely different54200:37:41.039 --> 00:37:47.000

language and their family is like they didn't know any54300:37:47.039 --> 00:37:51.320

other languages other than English or Spanish or whatever it54400:37:51.599 --> 00:37:54.599

was that and talking about that.54500:37:54.920 --> 00:37:55.800

I remember.54600:37:56.960 --> 00:38:01.000

Our grandpa talking about his mom having a stroke and54700:38:01.119 --> 00:38:05.400

when she was finally stable again, she could only speak Italian.54800:38:06.159 --> 00:38:10.280

And that's a little bit different. The speech portion of54900:38:10.360 --> 00:38:13.079

the brain was damaged, so she couldn't remember how to55000:38:13.159 --> 00:38:15.599

speak English anymore. She could only speak her native tongue.55100:38:17.800 --> 00:38:23.159

So in what what are your thoughts on that? Is55200:38:23.199 --> 00:38:27.719

there something happening to the brain, like brain damage? But55300:38:27.880 --> 00:38:30.480

how would they be speaking a language that they didn't55400:38:30.599 --> 00:38:32.760

know if it's brain damage?55500:38:33.159 --> 00:38:35.679

Yeah, I mean I don't. I honestly don't know. I can't.55600:38:35.840 --> 00:38:37.360

I'm no expert, and I can't see her tell you55700:38:37.400 --> 00:38:39.800

that I have any answer because I don't. Well, that's55800:38:39.800 --> 00:38:44.719

why I was taking her like it will. I don't.55900:38:45.920 --> 00:38:49.039

Like it's with some of those stories, it's like how56000:38:49.400 --> 00:38:53.800

how how much are they actually speaking another language? You know?56100:38:54.119 --> 00:38:55.079

Is it? Is it?56200:38:55.320 --> 00:38:56.079

Like true?56300:38:56.280 --> 00:38:59.639

Like full on sentences, dialogue conversations that they're trying to56400:38:59.679 --> 00:39:02.679

say or or bits and pieces various words, you know.56500:39:02.760 --> 00:39:05.719

And I think that's something we to consider because our56600:39:06.000 --> 00:39:11.199

minds are capable of absorbing more than we think. Uh.56700:39:11.480 --> 00:39:16.599

The the brain has uh it and we use the56800:39:16.599 --> 00:39:19.599

word filter, but the brain has a filter that typically56900:39:19.639 --> 00:39:22.039

filters out the majority of the things that we experience57000:39:22.119 --> 00:39:24.800

on a daily basis. It's a reason why so many57100:39:24.880 --> 00:39:27.519

people are like glued to their phones. It's not just57200:39:27.639 --> 00:39:30.920

the phone, it's the brain acting as a filter, filtering57300:39:30.960 --> 00:39:33.960

out everything else happening around it. And there are little things,57400:39:34.199 --> 00:39:37.480

there are noises, there are uh, you know, smells, there57500:39:37.519 --> 00:39:40.239

are things that like in the air that your body57600:39:40.440 --> 00:39:44.480

just and your mind just naturally tend to ignore after57700:39:44.679 --> 00:39:47.320

years of experiencing it. Like how many people have a57800:39:47.440 --> 00:39:51.119

house with animals and they don't smell anything, but then57900:39:51.280 --> 00:39:52.679

someone walks in and say, why does it smell like58000:39:52.679 --> 00:39:54.360

a dog in here? So much? They know, why is58100:39:54.360 --> 00:39:57.280

it smell like this or that? It's like, well, it's true.58200:39:57.280 --> 00:40:01.000

There's this thing called called nose blindness, you know, and58300:40:01.199 --> 00:40:03.960

it happens if you're wearing colonne or perfume too, if58400:40:04.000 --> 00:40:06.559

you wear it close to your nose, like me, I58500:40:06.639 --> 00:40:09.840

wear my clone on my neck. Usually I'll smell it58600:40:10.000 --> 00:40:12.000

the little whiffs of it throughout the day, but for58700:40:12.039 --> 00:40:14.679

the most part, it just I don't smell it at all,58800:40:14.840 --> 00:40:17.639

but other people do because they're not no blind to it,58900:40:17.760 --> 00:40:21.559

but you are. Your body naturally reacts and shuts those59000:40:21.599 --> 00:40:24.679

things off so that it doesn't distract you. So yeah,59100:40:24.719 --> 00:40:27.800

you know, I think there's a possibility that there are59200:40:27.880 --> 00:40:30.559

people who maybe have seen the certain things or have59300:40:30.679 --> 00:40:32.920

listened to certain things that are in another language. I59400:40:32.920 --> 00:40:36.239

have heard people speak, and the mind absorbs it, but59500:40:36.360 --> 00:40:38.519

it filters it. It kind of puts it into a59600:40:38.679 --> 00:40:41.440

little box in a particular area of the brain. And59700:40:41.519 --> 00:40:43.519

so when the brain does shut down during a death59800:40:44.000 --> 00:40:47.559

near death experience and then restarts, those things filter in.59900:40:49.599 --> 00:40:52.760

Well maybe native language filters out and they kind of60000:40:52.760 --> 00:40:56.639

switch places. I mean, that's that's my opinion. That's my60100:40:56.880 --> 00:41:00.639

only explanation to that. But you know, I don't know60200:41:00.800 --> 00:41:02.920

if there's a better one out there, but explanation.60300:41:03.400 --> 00:41:05.559

Yeah, well, and that makes that does make a lot60400:41:05.599 --> 00:41:09.800

of sense. Now, the stories I'm talking about, these the60500:41:09.880 --> 00:41:13.159

people that I've and this is very rare. I've only60600:41:13.239 --> 00:41:16.360

heard a couple but when they come back, they're they're60700:41:16.440 --> 00:41:19.639

literally speaking fluent in another language and they can't even60800:41:19.679 --> 00:41:23.920

speak English anymore, or whatever their native language is. But60900:41:24.840 --> 00:41:28.519

to that, to that same point, you know, I went61000:41:28.559 --> 00:41:31.639

over to Sicily a couple of times. I studied as61100:41:31.760 --> 00:41:36.280

much Italian as my brain would filter in and remember.61200:41:38.159 --> 00:41:43.519

But even when there were people having full on conversations61300:41:43.599 --> 00:41:48.960

in Italian, I couldn't understand what they were saying, but61400:41:49.079 --> 00:41:50.719

I could get the context of it.61500:41:50.800 --> 00:41:51.719

If that makes sense.61600:41:54.079 --> 00:42:00.840

So that actually raises a very good point that our61700:42:00.920 --> 00:42:04.960

brains are so much more complex than we actually realize,61800:42:05.519 --> 00:42:12.679

and that you know, even watching a movie that has subtitles,61900:42:13.119 --> 00:42:14.920

you can learn a language that way. You may not62000:42:15.079 --> 00:42:20.199

remember it after that movie's over, but it still has62100:42:20.280 --> 00:42:22.840

been stored in some shape or form in your brain.62200:42:23.199 --> 00:42:25.719

Yeah, I mean, like you're you're hearing it. You know,62300:42:25.800 --> 00:42:28.079

you're there are things happening that you're not aware of62400:42:28.679 --> 00:42:33.639

for sure, and it's like it's like random knowledge. You know,62500:42:33.719 --> 00:42:35.719

it's like, oh, the random facts that you might know62600:42:35.840 --> 00:42:37.920

that you didn't know, you didn't think you new, right,62700:42:38.000 --> 00:42:44.760

You're you're playing uh, oh goodness, what is what is62800:42:44.800 --> 00:42:46.840

the game where it's like you're asked questions and you62900:42:46.920 --> 00:42:52.880

got to write down the answers. You don't know that either, Okay.63000:42:52.760 --> 00:42:57.880

So and if I do, i'd have to have somebody63100:42:58.079 --> 00:42:59.159

tell me the name. I don't know.63200:42:59.559 --> 00:43:06.440

Where's for Shelley. My goodness, my brain is fried. Guys.63300:43:06.840 --> 00:43:09.880

It's been along a couple of days of fourteen plus63400:43:09.960 --> 00:43:13.800

hour day workdays. But yeah, so you know, it's like63500:43:15.440 --> 00:43:21.639

when when you're asked a question and you surprise yourself63600:43:21.719 --> 00:43:24.519

by knowing an answer that you didn't think you knew.63700:43:24.840 --> 00:43:28.039

You know, and it's because one of two things. I mean, well,63800:43:28.239 --> 00:43:30.920

there's really only one thing. You learned it somewhere. It63900:43:30.960 --> 00:43:33.159

could be anything. It could be something you're scrolling by64000:43:33.480 --> 00:43:39.480

on uh via games though trivia I was thinking of.64100:43:40.920 --> 00:43:43.000

I thought that you were talking like a board game64200:43:43.039 --> 00:43:43.440

of something.64300:43:43.519 --> 00:43:51.159

Oh man, goodness, I swear this little bit of alcohol64400:43:51.199 --> 00:43:53.840

and drinking is the only like I literally started drinking this.64500:43:53.960 --> 00:43:59.400

It's just it's been a long day. Yeah, no trivia,64600:43:59.519 --> 00:44:03.960

you know, it's like, yeah, god, another thing I'm an idiot?64700:44:07.480 --> 00:44:08.280

Oh goodness.64800:44:08.559 --> 00:44:11.760

Uh yeah, so yeah, you know, your mind picks up64900:44:11.800 --> 00:44:14.480

on these things. You see these things, you you maybe65000:44:14.559 --> 00:44:17.719

scroll over them, you know, you don't read them wor word,65100:44:18.320 --> 00:44:21.400

but they store somewhere and it you know, you're asked65200:44:21.400 --> 00:44:24.199

a question, suddenly it's like a little light like literally65300:44:24.320 --> 00:44:27.679

like this light bulb right switch on and she said, well, yeah,65400:44:27.719 --> 00:44:30.159

I know, I know that answer, and boom you have65500:44:30.199 --> 00:44:32.079

the answer. But you can't remember why you know it65600:44:32.239 --> 00:44:33.039

or where you saw it.65700:44:33.880 --> 00:44:34.360

You just do.65800:44:34.559 --> 00:44:36.760

And it's probably because you did see it somewhere at65900:44:36.840 --> 00:44:39.000

some point. And if it goes back to the languages66000:44:39.039 --> 00:44:41.880

thing like, it's very possible you read something, heard something,66100:44:41.960 --> 00:44:45.440

watch the movie whatever, and these things stored in the brand.66200:44:45.480 --> 00:44:48.760

Because the brain is capable of processing and holding on66300:44:48.920 --> 00:44:53.039

to more information than you could possibly imagine. We just66400:44:53.119 --> 00:44:55.440

don't know how to always access that information.66500:44:55.599 --> 00:44:55.840

Right, you know?66600:44:56.519 --> 00:44:56.679

Right?66700:44:57.159 --> 00:44:59.000

Well, I mean same can be said, like you mentioned66800:44:59.000 --> 00:45:03.360

about dreams, Like you watch a movie you think you've66900:45:03.400 --> 00:45:06.039

forgotten completely about, you go to bed and you start67000:45:06.079 --> 00:45:08.400

having dreams about the exact same thing you watched.67100:45:08.760 --> 00:45:13.239

Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, one hundred percent. I mean all67200:45:13.320 --> 00:45:16.559

kinds of things like I still have dreams from you know,67300:45:16.760 --> 00:45:20.360

work over twenty years ago. Why I don't think about work,67400:45:20.840 --> 00:45:23.360

but when I fall asleep, boom, it pops up. It's67500:45:23.400 --> 00:45:27.480

like and when you're asleep, you're you know, your brain67600:45:28.760 --> 00:45:31.480

is really most active because that filter no longer needs67700:45:31.519 --> 00:45:34.840

to be up. In fact, when you fall asleep, your67800:45:35.039 --> 00:45:38.559

brain becomes more aware. Your senses become more aware because67900:45:38.599 --> 00:45:42.920

it's in the protection mode, so your body naturally listens68000:45:43.039 --> 00:45:46.719

for threats. And because of that, your brain is actively68100:45:46.840 --> 00:45:49.880

working throughout the night, despite your eyes and your body,68200:45:50.159 --> 00:45:51.639

you know, resting.68300:45:53.039 --> 00:45:54.920

It's probably why I wake up exhausted.68400:45:55.119 --> 00:45:57.480

All yeah, I know, one hundred percent. I feel that.68500:46:00.119 --> 00:46:03.800

So it's why we dream. It's why we have dreams.68600:46:04.079 --> 00:46:06.960

It's why something it's just super weird because our imagination68700:46:07.119 --> 00:46:08.599

is running while we're sleeping.68800:46:09.760 --> 00:46:09.920

You know.68900:46:10.159 --> 00:46:12.360

And it's for me, it's like a good night when69000:46:12.400 --> 00:46:15.920

I don't dream, and I you know, it moves too fast.69100:46:16.239 --> 00:46:18.440

That's the downside. It's like you dream, it feels like69200:46:18.519 --> 00:46:20.239

it's a nice long night, but you've been awake the69300:46:20.320 --> 00:46:22.599

whole time because in your head. But then when you're69400:46:22.639 --> 00:46:25.840

not dreaming, you sleep and you're like up two minutes later.69500:46:25.880 --> 00:46:31.400

It feels like because you slept all night. Yeah yeah, yeah.69600:46:33.599 --> 00:46:34.920

Something you were talking about.69700:46:36.519 --> 00:46:41.639

Earlier is people of faith having in your death experience69800:46:41.800 --> 00:46:43.840

seeing nothing but darkness and then coming back and be69900:46:44.000 --> 00:46:47.320

like there was nothing, so their opinions have changed.70000:46:49.239 --> 00:46:51.760

Something that I found doing a quick.70100:46:53.840 --> 00:46:58.760

Google search and research is that, and I've heard this before,70200:46:59.239 --> 00:47:04.519

people coming back in being having a different outlook on life,70300:47:05.320 --> 00:47:09.159

meaning instead of being afraid of death, they go and70400:47:09.239 --> 00:47:15.480

live life to the fullest so that they know that70500:47:16.360 --> 00:47:19.239

they've done everything they want to do. But they're also70600:47:19.400 --> 00:47:23.719

not afraid to die after that. So they're going skydiving,70700:47:24.000 --> 00:47:27.119

you know, bungee jumping, whatever it is, any type of70800:47:27.559 --> 00:47:33.280

exhilarant experience because they know what's going to happen after70900:47:37.559 --> 00:47:42.039

be And I know you come from a faith based opinion,71000:47:42.320 --> 00:47:48.840

but being in a religion and having those things and71100:47:48.920 --> 00:47:53.199

those beliefs, are you always still afraid of death?71200:47:54.519 --> 00:47:54.559

No?71300:47:55.360 --> 00:48:00.480

I mean I'm not. I I mean you specifically. Yeah, yeah, no,71400:48:00.559 --> 00:48:02.880

I know me specifically. I was about to say, welcome it,71500:48:03.079 --> 00:48:06.480

but no, it's uh sometimes it feels like, I mean.71600:48:06.480 --> 00:48:08.960

I think at some point in all of our lives71700:48:09.239 --> 00:48:13.000

we welcome death because we're so fed up with what'sired.71800:48:14.880 --> 00:48:18.360

But it's I mean that lightly, by the way, everybody,71900:48:18.760 --> 00:48:25.239

I'm okay, but it's uh, yeah, No, I'm not a72000:48:25.400 --> 00:48:28.599

I'm not a fit at all. Like it's again, a72100:48:28.719 --> 00:48:31.599

lot of this is really your perspective on it, on72200:48:31.719 --> 00:48:36.639

your outlook. Like you know, when when I die, hopefully72300:48:36.679 --> 00:48:38.800

many many many many many many many many is from72400:48:38.840 --> 00:48:42.719

now at least another forty Despite what I what I72500:48:42.840 --> 00:48:50.440

sometimes say when I shouldn't say, uh, is that when72600:48:50.519 --> 00:48:55.840

I die. Currently my thought processes, it's just the body dying.72700:48:56.320 --> 00:49:00.639

It's the physical dying, but the soul or the spirit72800:49:01.000 --> 00:49:04.880

lives on, and that lives on in a whole new72900:49:04.960 --> 00:49:08.400

life in another place, maybe the same place. I don't know,73000:49:08.639 --> 00:49:10.840

you know, it's that's that's up in the air. I73100:49:10.880 --> 00:49:14.119

don't know what truly happens. I have faith of you73200:49:14.159 --> 00:49:18.880

know that there's a God, who loving God who uh73300:49:19.800 --> 00:49:22.320

you know, he'll be there, who will welcome me into73400:49:22.400 --> 00:49:26.519

his arms, not being Jesus is that God? And what73500:49:26.639 --> 00:49:27.679

happens after that, I don't know.73600:49:28.360 --> 00:49:28.519

You know.73700:49:28.719 --> 00:49:30.679

I think it's gonna be fun. I think it's'd be great.73800:49:30.679 --> 00:49:33.480

I think there's promises for that, you know. I don't73900:49:33.519 --> 00:49:38.360

think it's gonna be boring by any means. But for74000:49:38.480 --> 00:49:42.000

with that said, it's just like, yeah, no, I personally74100:49:42.119 --> 00:49:45.400

am not afraid of it. I think the fear is74200:49:45.440 --> 00:49:47.760

more like, oh, is he gonna hurt? Is it gonna74300:49:47.920 --> 00:49:49.360

you know, what do I have to suffer through you74400:49:49.480 --> 00:49:51.800

first before that happens, right, That's that's the fear, is74500:49:51.840 --> 00:49:53.559

the suffering. It's like, I think a lot of people74600:49:54.599 --> 00:49:56.960

probably aren't afraid of the death itself. They're afraid of74700:49:57.000 --> 00:50:00.639

what happens right before the death, what it is that74800:50:00.679 --> 00:50:01.239

takes them out.74900:50:03.079 --> 00:50:10.239

See, I'm more afraid, I shouldn't say afraid what happens75000:50:10.320 --> 00:50:14.440

after and meaning, there's so much that I want to75100:50:14.639 --> 00:50:19.760

experience here on this side. But with all of the75200:50:19.800 --> 00:50:22.280

guests we've had on talking about things like this, you know,75300:50:25.079 --> 00:50:29.280

they talk about how we're only here to learn lessons75400:50:30.039 --> 00:50:35.360

that I've had people tell me and I think you75500:50:35.480 --> 00:50:38.840

have as well, that you know, once this life is over,75600:50:39.880 --> 00:50:42.920

you know, when we cross over, we still have what75700:50:43.039 --> 00:50:47.960

you would call a job that you're you're doing things75800:50:48.159 --> 00:50:54.599

after you die to help. Completely lost where I was75900:50:54.639 --> 00:51:01.400

going with this, Oh the fear. So my fear isn't76000:51:02.519 --> 00:51:06.199

of death itself. My fear is I won't get all76100:51:06.239 --> 00:51:08.159

the things done that I want to do before I die.76200:51:09.519 --> 00:51:12.639

Okay, So here's a thing with that though, And this76300:51:12.800 --> 00:51:15.599

is what I've what I've processed, and again, this is76400:51:15.639 --> 00:51:18.360

all perspective. This is how we take information and use it, right. Yeah,76500:51:18.519 --> 00:51:20.519

because we've talked to these same people, We've heard the76600:51:20.599 --> 00:51:25.760

same stories. And I'm not saying you're fearful, you know,76700:51:25.880 --> 00:51:28.360

but there's a little there's a sense of fear that76800:51:28.559 --> 00:51:32.360

you don't complete things, and that questions what happens next?76900:51:32.559 --> 00:51:36.119

Do you ascend to something new, do you reincarnate, do77000:51:36.199 --> 00:51:37.920

you go to heaven? Do you like what happens?77100:51:38.000 --> 00:51:38.159

Right?77200:51:38.559 --> 00:51:41.480

And what is work? I mean, I believe God is77300:51:41.559 --> 00:51:45.239

a working god. I mean he ordained seven days a77400:51:45.280 --> 00:51:48.000

week and one of those days is the Sabbath days,77500:51:48.079 --> 00:51:51.440

and he's constantly working in the background all the time77600:51:51.519 --> 00:51:54.599

he's working. So yeah, I think there is an idea77700:51:55.639 --> 00:51:58.440

of work after death to some extent. It's not like, oh,77800:51:58.480 --> 00:52:01.880

I'm retired, I retire from many years of life. I'm77900:52:01.880 --> 00:52:04.199

gonna guess put my feet up. There's plenty of that too.78000:52:04.400 --> 00:52:06.320

But I do think we're going to be working quite78100:52:06.360 --> 00:52:11.639

a bit. But when it comes to you know, what happens.78200:52:11.679 --> 00:52:15.519

We don't complete everything here you have to decide whether78300:52:15.559 --> 00:52:18.400

you're going to listen to the individuals who tell you78400:52:19.760 --> 00:52:22.320

that if you don't complete this or you know, this happens,78500:52:22.599 --> 00:52:27.000

or if you do complete this, that happens, versus telling78600:52:27.039 --> 00:52:29.679

yourself what you believe, what you've learned on your own,78700:52:29.800 --> 00:52:34.039

what you've come to to decide for yourself. Because if78800:52:34.079 --> 00:52:36.639

we all continue to just listen this and listen, listen,78900:52:36.719 --> 00:52:39.800

listen to every single person, we're not making up our79000:52:39.800 --> 00:52:43.119

own minds that aly, No, we are being fed the79100:52:43.239 --> 00:52:47.760

information and we're following it like cattle. It's just that simple.79200:52:48.199 --> 00:52:51.199

I don't believe what I believe because you know, simply79300:52:51.239 --> 00:52:53.960

because other people believe it. Yes, there was a relay79400:52:54.000 --> 00:52:56.440

of message, there was things that I've learned, but I79500:52:56.599 --> 00:52:59.800

came to my belief system based on what I've experienced79600:53:00.280 --> 00:53:04.119

after hearing these things. The hearing is just a seed,79700:53:04.239 --> 00:53:07.840

and what you do with that, you know, grows the rest.79800:53:08.119 --> 00:53:13.079

It's what grows the tree of your life basically. So79900:53:13.239 --> 00:53:16.000

you know, and then you have to consider the consider80000:53:16.039 --> 00:53:19.039

the affterlife right right, how many people have we talked80100:53:19.039 --> 00:53:21.719

to the said, oh, there are ghosts around because they80200:53:21.840 --> 00:53:25.679

didn't complete something on earth. They have more to do.80300:53:25.880 --> 00:53:29.119

They didn't let go, and now they're trapped. So if80400:53:29.199 --> 00:53:32.360

you continue through your life believing that there are things80500:53:32.400 --> 00:53:35.960

you're gonna have to get done, that's gonna transfer over80600:53:37.199 --> 00:53:40.320

and it's gonna become a chain and you're gonna become80700:53:40.320 --> 00:53:43.239

a spirit who has yet to let go of the80800:53:43.360 --> 00:53:46.440

things that they can't do anymore. So I think it's80900:53:46.440 --> 00:53:49.519

important to just let go now in life, enjoy it,81000:53:50.320 --> 00:53:53.440

do what you do, you know, and believe, like you know,81100:53:53.519 --> 00:53:56.079

when I when I die, it's gonna be good, it's81200:53:56.079 --> 00:53:56.639

gonna be great.81300:53:57.599 --> 00:54:00.480

It's gonna be And it's not so much things I81400:54:00.639 --> 00:54:03.079

have to do. It's just things I want to do.81500:54:03.400 --> 00:54:05.639

And I know that's kind of a distinction, but I81600:54:05.679 --> 00:54:06.639

get what you're saying.81700:54:06.960 --> 00:54:10.239

Now, well, I mean it's like, I mean, yeah, and81800:54:10.360 --> 00:54:12.519

I get what you're saying there too, is like things81900:54:12.559 --> 00:54:17.199

that you want to do. But it's like, I guess82000:54:17.239 --> 00:54:22.280

it depends again on your perspective of the afterlife, because82100:54:22.320 --> 00:54:24.960

what if the things you want to do now are82200:54:25.039 --> 00:54:27.760

nowhere near as extravagant as the things you get to82300:54:27.840 --> 00:54:32.000

do after Oh very yeah, right, and then you look82400:54:32.039 --> 00:54:33.920

back on your life like what I didn't have to82500:54:33.960 --> 00:54:39.199

go to that country. Whatever, dude, I get to watch82600:54:39.239 --> 00:54:41.599

the Cosmos from the cosmos. You know. There's like.82700:54:43.920 --> 00:54:47.119

Joe Fox brought up a good point that he can't82800:54:47.199 --> 00:54:52.440

imagine leaving loved ones and friends kind of the same thing,82900:54:52.519 --> 00:54:58.360

that that can be a fear leading people after you're done.83000:54:58.400 --> 00:55:00.280

Well, I mean think like, you know, I'm gonna use83100:55:00.280 --> 00:55:03.480

my dad here as a reference. Like he he often fears,83200:55:04.000 --> 00:55:08.119

uh has has fears of me and my sister who83300:55:08.159 --> 00:55:12.079

are in the arts. Right, so that he's word, We're83400:55:12.119 --> 00:55:15.960

not gonna have stable income all the time, We're not83500:55:16.039 --> 00:55:18.719

going to have the four one k stacked up the83600:55:18.760 --> 00:55:21.639

way that he was grown up to believe it should be.83700:55:22.480 --> 00:55:25.400

And so he's constantly afraid of like, well, after I'm gone,83800:55:26.199 --> 00:55:28.719

And it's like, you know, those are fears that you83900:55:28.800 --> 00:55:31.480

do have to let go of, you know, And I84000:55:31.599 --> 00:55:34.119

get it, Like I have fears too. There are fears,84100:55:34.679 --> 00:55:42.840

but it's it's something that I think. And mind you,84200:55:42.920 --> 00:55:45.679

I have obsessive compositive disorders, so I live quite a84300:55:45.719 --> 00:55:47.920

bit of my life in a sense of fear of84400:55:48.039 --> 00:55:51.719

things happening that I don't want to happen. And so84500:55:51.840 --> 00:55:53.960

from so I'm speaking from an experience of like this84600:55:54.119 --> 00:55:56.559

is this contradictive to how I live my life, because84700:55:56.559 --> 00:55:58.119

it's how I want to live my life, of just84800:55:58.639 --> 00:56:01.480

letting go, not living in that fear, not worrying about84900:56:01.480 --> 00:56:06.280

what happens, not worrying. You know, it's like, I mean,85000:56:06.320 --> 00:56:08.679

he's Bible. How many of us can add a single85100:56:09.039 --> 00:56:12.719

moment to our day by worry. Don't worry about tomorrow,85200:56:13.159 --> 00:56:16.880

don't worry about yesterday. Enjoy the moment because you don't85300:56:16.880 --> 00:56:19.639

know what's happening tomorrow and yesterday. It's in the past,85400:56:19.719 --> 00:56:23.840

it's gone, it's forgotten, it's never like whatever right, And85500:56:23.960 --> 00:56:25.519

it's not easy, it's not hard. We live in a85600:56:25.559 --> 00:56:27.960

world where it's like, oh, you need a plan and85700:56:28.360 --> 00:56:30.079

you need to not let go of the things that85800:56:30.119 --> 00:56:32.559

happened in the past. In fact, you should hold onto it,85900:56:32.559 --> 00:56:34.159

you should carry it, you should make it your burden,86000:56:34.599 --> 00:56:36.840

and it's you shouldn't. You should not. You should got86100:56:36.920 --> 00:56:39.920

to let it go, move on, live life, enjoy it,86200:56:40.440 --> 00:56:45.480

and continue on our way. It's right so.86300:56:46.960 --> 00:56:54.920

Great now we have copyright material, No I one hundred percent,86400:56:55.039 --> 00:57:01.159

don't be afraid of it. Yes, it can be stressful86500:57:01.239 --> 00:57:05.559

and fearful to think about, but in the end, we86600:57:05.840 --> 00:57:11.880

are a soul having a human experience, and it's one86700:57:11.880 --> 00:57:13.800

of those things where we have to learn the lessons86800:57:13.800 --> 00:57:16.119

that we need to learn so that we are not86900:57:16.320 --> 00:57:22.119

burdened when the time comes. Something we ask our Paratruthers community,87000:57:23.119 --> 00:57:27.559

what do you believe happens when we die? Fifty one87100:57:27.599 --> 00:57:32.280

percent said our consciousness continues in an afterlife, twelve percent87200:57:32.400 --> 00:57:38.159
